I. Installation method and main applications of safety valves for bladder accumulators
1. Remove the maintenance covers on both sides of the flange and clean the valve with it fully open.
2. Before installing valves with actuators, all mechanical equipment should be tested according to standard data signals (electric or pneumatic) (to avoid damage to the performance due to vibration during transportation). Installation can only proceed after the test results are met (wiring should follow the electric actuator route map).
3. Before fully preparing to connect to the pipeline, it is necessary to remove and eliminate any residual residue in the clean pipeline (such substances are very likely to damage the high-pressure gate valve and ball valve).
4. During the installation period, please do not use the actuator part of the stainless steel plate hydraulic press accumulator as the lifting point of the lifting equipment to prevent damage to the actuator and parts.
5. This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6. Pipes around the installation point should not be sagging or subjected to external forces. Water pipe fixing brackets or fulcrum columns can be used to eliminate pipe displacement.
7. After connecting to the pipeline, please use the required torque edge-type clamping to tighten the loose flange through-wall bolts.

II. Application areas of safety performance valves for stainless steel plate accumulators :
Because valves generally use plastic, polyester fabric, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the materials for high-pressure valve sealing rings, the operating temperature of accumulator manufacturers is limited by the materials used in the high-pressure valve sealing rings. The valve's shut-off and operation are achieved by a metal composite ball clamping together in the center of the plastic high-pressure valve under the influence of a compound (rolling ball valve). Under certain contact stress, the high-pressure valve sealing ring undergoes elastic-plastic deformation in a certain area. This deformation compensates for the manufacturing precision and surface roughness of the ball, ensuring the valve's sealing performance.
Furthermore, since the sealing rings of high-pressure valves are generally made of plastic, the flame retardancy and fire safety of valves must be considered when selecting their structural features and characteristics. Companies in industries such as urban squares, crude oil plants, chemical plants, and foundries, which use valves in equipment and pipeline systems containing flammable and explosive compounds, should pay even more attention to fire safety and fire protection.
Generally, valves are recommended for systems with dual-position adjustment, stringent sealing characteristics, cement mortar, damage, narrowing channels, rapid opening and closing (1/4 turn), high pressure cutoff (due to large pressure differentials), low noise, cavitation and vaporization, small leakage to gas, low operating torque, and low liquid resistance.
Ball valves can also be used in lightweight constructions, low-voltage shut-off systems (small pressure differentials), and systems exposed to corrosive chemicals. They are also used in cryogenic (water electrolysis for hydrogen production) equipment and pipeline systems. In industrial oxygen supply systems, valves requiring stringent acid removal treatment are necessary. When pipelines in oil and gas lines need to be laid underground, fully welded valves are required. When adjustable characteristics are required, valves with a special V-shaped opening are necessary. In crude oil, petrochemical, chemical, power plant, and urban construction projects, systems operating at temperatures above 200 degrees Celsius can utilize metal-coated aluminum alloy profiles for sealing.
