Nitrogen blowing and borax spraying anti-oxidation device

The formation of iron oxide scale inside continuously rolled seamless steel pipes seriously affects the surface quality of the pipes. Borax spraying anti-oxidation device is used to remove the iron oxide scale inside the capillary tube.

The working principle of this device is to use nitrogen gas to blow borax particles onto the inner wall of the capillary tube, where a chemical reaction occurs at high temperature, causing the iron oxide scale to fall off and forming a lubricating glass film on the inner wall of the capillary tube. This film prevents further contact between oxygen and the capillary tube, thus achieving an anti-oxidation effect and providing some lubrication.
