1. The service life of bladder accumulators is generally shorter (compared to piston accumulators), and the quality of bladder accumulators varies greatly among different brands.
2. Many factors can lead to reduced lifespan and cracking of the bladder, including differences in the bladder's own quality and lifespan, improper installation procedures (such as failure to pre-lubricate), improper pre-inflation procedures (such as failure to inflate slowly), pre-inflation pressure errors, inlet flow rate approaching or exceeding 7 m/s, a cycle time approaching or less than 10 seconds when used for energy storage, collision between the bladder and the valve during operation, large temperature variations (including large seasonal temperature differences), prolonged horizontal vibration and shaking, liquid corrosion, and the destructive force of inertial torque from tiny solid sediments within the chemical substance.

3. When the bladder ruptures, it is highly likely to cause the accumulator to suddenly fail. In addition, the fuel pump in the car's fuel tank may explode, which could potentially cause safety accidents or damage to maintenance and standby operations.
4. The skin capsule should not be made too large, otherwise it will shorten its lifespan.
5. The working pressure should not be too high. In my country, the maximum safety factor (3 times or less) is generally 31.5 MPa, and for bladder accumulators (4 times safety factor) it is 51.8 MPa.
6. When rapidly releasing gear oil, the bladder accumulator's spool valve is highly likely to close prematurely, causing the accumulator to suddenly and temporarily fail.
7. Because the material of the air bladder is plastic, its tensile strength is not high and it cannot withstand very large pressure fluctuations (note the air bladder engine compression ratio). Excessive fluctuations will significantly reduce the service life of the air bladder.
