1. During the test, the working pressure generated by the diaphragm accumulator is used to test the interface of its power circuit. A shut-off valve is set between the equipment inlet and the car fuel tank. A vacuum gauge is assembled in front of the shut-off valve. The shut-off valve is gradually opened to allow the pressurized gasoline to return to the car fuel tank. The indicator needle of the vacuum gauge is observed to gradually move from top to bottom.

2. Using an air compressor to immediately check the compressor pressure, but some gas will leak out with each check, making this method unsuitable for accumulators with small storage capacities. Some people use a pressure gauge connected to the accumulator's air inlet to check the air pressure, but the pressure will frequently drop during system operation, and the gauge needle will swing significantly.
3. Shut-off valves and vacuum gauges are also used. Open the shut-off valve to bring the system pressure to zero. Close the valve, turn on the pump, and the system pressure will suddenly rise to a certain value and gradually return to normal. The pressure gauge reading at this position is the accumulator's loading pressure. This method is simple to verify and doesn't require much auxiliary equipment. However, it's usually impossible to verify the expansion pressure of a small-capacity diaphragm accumulator or if it's affected by the system's internal actuators. The human factor of the measurer has a significant impact, and only a rough assessment can be made.

4. To better synchronize and control the expansion pressure of the accumulator, some control modules have installed level sensors on the more critical accumulator expansion valve. Besides maintaining the expansion pressure of the equipment, the accumulator expansion pressure should also be checked if the following conditions are observed during operation and protection: The hydraulic pump is frequently running even when the actuator is not in operation. The hydraulic pump operates every time the actuator is moved during a small stroke, the start-up time is shortened each time, and the controller response speed slows down. Diaphragm accumulators with insufficient or zero pressure should be filled to the standard pressure. Accumulators that fail to draw in air or where gas overflows from the hydraulic tank when indoor air is abundant indicate that their diaphragm is damaged.
